When you use these features, relevant note content may be processed to provide the requested suggestion. We only use this information to provide the feature you request.
Do not save sensitive information in MentionNotes that you would not want processed as part of app functionality.
4. Profile Photos
If you add profile photos for people in MentionNotes, those images are stored privately and associated with your account.
Profile photos are used only to personalize your experience inside the app.
5. Third-Party Services
MentionNotes uses third-party service providers to operate the app, including:
- Supabase, for authentication, database storage, and file storage
- Email services or your device's mail app when you contact support
- AI or infrastructure providers, if used to provide suggestion features
These providers may process information as necessary to provide their services to MentionNotes.
We do not authorize third-party providers to use your personal notes for their own advertising purposes.
